Dawn Cutillo Dawn Cutillo

Dawn is the founder of BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers. She has been in the health field for over 25 years, and is degreed and certified in health and nutrition. Her start was in corporate fitness, then she progressed to fitness management and running a women’s weight loss center. She currently oversees the operation of the flagship BeBalanced Center located in Central Pennsylvania, where she and her team research the latest information on health and hormone balance. She also functions as the primary hormone health consultant for all franchisees going forward.


David Cutillo David Cutillo

David is the Director of Franchise Development for BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers. He has over 30 years’ experience in sales and sales management, as well as a history of successful business ventures. He was the National Sales Director of a start-up firm in Philadelphia (ReminderMedia) for 8 years, playing a key role in them becoming the 2nd fastest growing company in Philadelphia (awarded by Philly’s Top 100), and staying in the top 100 for several years. Working directly with David, franchisees can expect the personable excellence of walking through a seamless opportunity to launch their own BeBalanced Center, and expert guidance to grow their business.

Jennifer Seroogy Cutillo Jennifer Seroogy Cutillo

Jennifer is the Director of Operations of BeBalanced Hormone Weight Loss Centers. Before BeBalanced, Jennifer owned a logistics company, and oversaw all of the moving parts of this business. From initial sales and client relationships, to organizing complex solutions and managing disputes, her layered experience has prepared her to be attentive to all of the necessary details of the franchisee’s businesses. Jen’s passion is working alongside others, encouraging them in accomplishing a shared objective. She is enjoying her time in this role, heading up a team of associates who together help women gain control of their health by empowering new business owners.
