Founder of BeBalanced, Author of The Hormone Shift

Dawn has been in the health field for over 30 years and is the founder of BeBalanced. She is degreed and certified in health and nutrition. Her initial focus was on corporate fitness, then she progressed to fitness management and running her first women’s weight loss center. She currently oversees the operation of the flagship BeBalanced Center located in Central Pennsylvania and fulfills her more primary role as the hormone health consultant for all franchised locations. Dawn also owns Infinity Health LLC, a national consulting company, which advises healthcare practitioners on how to aid patients in balancing their hormones for weight, mood, sleep and health issues. Dawn became the official hormone consultant for a company that specializes in pure New Zealand glandulars that support the entire endocrine system. She writes hormone protocols involving homeopathic hormones, glandulars, and trans-dermal hormone creams for doctors who incorporate hormone therapy into their practices.

Dr. Christopher McLane, MD, is Lancaster County’s first medical physician board certified in Integrative Medicine. He is a family physician who graduated from Case Western University and did his residency at LGH. He combines the best in conventional medicine with the cutting edge in holistic medicine including nutritional and vitamin therapy, herbal medicine, functional medicine, and attention to the mind-body-spirit connection. Lynn Rieker, RN Lynn Rieker, RN

Lynn Rieker, RN is a registered nurse practicing in a prominent Lancaster County retirement community for the past 21 years. She began her nursing career as a nursing assistant and continued on to earn her diploma as a practical nurse. Later, Lynn continued her education and completed an Associate Degree and Nursing Diploma from Wesley College, Dover Delaware. Yearning for more education, Lynn earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Eastern Mennonite University. As a lifelong learner and member of the American Holistic Nurses Association, Lynn continues her education focusing on holistic nursing while studying health promotion, wellness, and nutrition. She is a successful client and advocate of the Rejuvenation Center’s Becoming Balanced Hormonal Metabolic Correction. Lynn lives in Southern Lancaster County with her husband Mike and their Bichon, Abby.


SUZANNE HUTTON KEYES, PharmD, FACA, IFMCP Suzanne Hutton Keyes, PharmD, FACA, IFMCP

Suzanne Keyes attended the pharmacy program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Once graduating the 3-year BS program in just under 2 ½ years, she went on to enter her profession as a retail pharmacist in her home town of Dallas. Within 2 years of completing her BS degree, she returned to western Oklahoma, took a new staff position at the local hospital, and enrolled in the non-traditional PharmD pathway offered by the University of Oklahoma. Suzanne obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy in 2004. Over her 20-year career, Suzanne has had additional experience in retail management, nursing home consulting and working for a large pharmacy benefits manager. Almost 5 years ago, Suzanne & her husband Mike built Keyes’ Compounding in Elk City, Oklahoma. What once began as a cash model, compounding only facility eventually was transformed into an insurance-based hybrid pharmacy. Suzanne has expanded her practice to include a more holistic approach to wellness. Realizing she is one of the only functional medicine pharmacies in the state, Suzanne offers a wide variety of more advanced, specialized testing. In addition to several academic & professional recognitions and awards, Suzanne’s most recent accomplishments and ventures include becoming a Regional Director on the Board of the American College of Apothecaries. She is pursuing a multi-year certification program through the Institute for Functional Medicine.


Debra Laino, DHS, M.ED Dr. Debra Laino DHS, M.ED, MS

Holistic Sex Therapist

Dr. Debra Laino DHS, M.ED, MS is a Holistic Sex Therapist who works with the whole person, as sexual wellness encompasses many areas of one’s life. Dr. Laino is also a certified nutrition therapist, life coach, health coach and a professor in the Psychology department at Jefferson University. Dr. Laino’s practice is based in Delaware, where she has over 20 years of professional experience and was also the President and founding member of Delaware Association for Sexology (DAS). Dr. Debra Laino holds a Doctorate in Human Sexuality, a Master’s Degree in Education, and a Master’s Degree in Psychology. She is Board Certified by the American College of Sexologists and Diplomat of The American Board of Sexology.
In addition, she is an AASECT certified Sexuality Educator. Dr. Debra Laino is a published author and has appeared on numerous television and radio programs. She is also the former host of Raw Sex on WNJC New Jersey 1360 am, where she addressed common sex and relationship issues, including interviews with MD’s and therapists.

Doctor of Holistic Health by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board

Dr. Rachel Bright is a Board-Certified Doctor of Holistic Health by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board and earned her Doctor of Naturopathy from the United States School of Naturopathy and Allied Sciences. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. Dr. Bright’s area of focus is on women’s and children’s health, who suffer from gastrointestinal conditions, skin conditions to sugar imbalances, using non-invasive testing. Her wellness philosophy is helping patients to see and feel that renewed health is priceless and instill hope back into their lives. Dr. Bright believes that with compassionate care, an attitude filled with good intentions, potent nutrition, safe detoxing and loving relationships – our health challenges can be overcome without the chronic use of pharmaceutical medications. She uses neuromuscular response testing, advanced homeopathy, herbal remedies and food-derived supplements, strategic dietary recommendations, emotional release work, and lifestyle tips to restore balance back to the body. Dr. Bright is an internationally published author for magazine Venture Inward, gives public speaking presentations in her local community, and serves as one of the Board of Medical Directors for BUCK Cancer Foundation in Pennsylvania. She has a natural health practice in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
